SazUp offers car cleaning, washing, detailing, and maintenance services at customer-specified locations.

Services are provided by SazUp’s in-house team and/or verified service partners (“Technicians”).
Service availability depends on location, technician availability, and other operational considerations.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a service request if it is deemed unsafe, impractical, or outside the scope of our standard offerings.

3. Booking and Scheduling

Bookings can be made through our Website, WhatsApp, or authorized channels.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information including location, vehicle type, and service preferences.
Confirmed bookings are subject to technician availability.
Changes to bookings (e.g., rescheduling) must be requested at least [4 hours] in advance.

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel bookings in cases of force majeure, unsafe working conditions, or unforeseen operational issues.

4. Pricing and Payment

SazUp reserves the right to revise prices at any time, though confirmed bookings will honor the agreed price unless modified by mutual consent.

In case of non-payment or payment failure, services will not be rendered.

5. Subscription Plans

For users opting for recurring services through monthly subscription plans:

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Cancellation requests must be submitted through customercare@sazup.com at least 3-5 days prior to renewal.
Partial refunds for cancellations mid-cycle will be governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Customer Obligations

You agree to:

Provide reasonable access to your vehicle(s) and service location.
Remove valuables and sensitive items from vehicles prior to service.
Inform SazUp about any pre-existing damages or sensitive areas of the vehicle.

SazUp will not be liable for claims related to pre-existing damage, concealed defects, or personal property left inside vehicles.

7. Service Limitations and Warranty

While SazUp endeavors to provide high-quality services:

We do not guarantee permanent removal of deep stains, scratches, or defects.
Some services (e.g., waterless washing) may have operational limitations depending on the vehicle's condition.
Customers accept that certain environmental factors (e.g., extreme dirtiness, paint condition) may limit cleaning outcomes.

No warranties, express or implied, are provided unless explicitly mentioned.

8. Damage and Liability

SazUp exercises utmost care during service but shall not be responsible for incidental damage unless caused by proven negligence.
In the rare event of technician-caused damage, SazUp’s liability shall be limited to actual repair costs or mutually agreed compensation, subject to assessment and verification.
Liability shall not exceed the invoiced value of the particular service session.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our Website (text, graphics, logos, icons, images, videos) is the exclusive property of SazUp or its licensors.

You may not:
